Business leaders, today and in the future, require a solid understanding of the abilities needed to manage in an ever-changing environment. They must be capable, analytical and creative in formulating and implementing strategic decisions as well as be able to develop networks of relationships which improve their organizations. An effective business leader must be equipped with a working knowledge of the fundamental operations and techniques of management, an understanding of human behavior, communication skills, strong leadership, and the ability to grasp accounting, computational, financial and quantitative systems and techniques. ALHOSN University’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program is committed to developing students with such expertise. The program caters to students, holding any undergraduate degree, who aspire to senior managerial positions.

Program Outcomes
Our MBA program provides students with the opportunity to develop and apply professional skills in areas critical to managerial leadership in today’s competitive business environment.

Teaching Methods
All courses emphasize learning through application as well as through theoretical conceptualization. Teaching methods include case studies, lectures, seminars, field study, simulations, and independent work. Work problems are frequently assigned to groups of students rather than to individuals, thus giving students experience in working as part of a team to achieve a common solution.
