The interior design department recently organized a three hour workshop addressing the subjects of “how to build your portfolio through the university years” and “an introduction on using 3DMAX software to create and render interior 3D”.
This workshop was in cooperation with the MIA (Modern Interior and Architect) Design Training Company.
Mr. Moayyad Ali from MIA explained the importance of the Rendering and 3D modeling software as they are essential in the today’s market. The workshop focused on providing the interior design students with professional tricks and tips to create a realistic look in 3D views and dealing with VRAY materials and lighting. Mrs. Manar Hasan also from MIA then provided the students with a range of strategies for portfolio organization, content preparation, and page layout to assist them in navigating the conceptual and practical aspects of portfolio design and assembly.
The interior design department, faculty members and students, took part of this workshop. At the end of the workshop, appreciation and participation certificates are given to the lecturers and students.
